The holiday homes at Salcombe Retreat have been designed by an award-winning team and provide a variety of different floor layouts ranging from two to three bedrooms, some with balconies depending upon the location of the plot. The homes have been positioned to provide a sense of privacy and yet, at the same time, maximise the clear, uninterrupted country and sea views through floor to ceiling windows from the living rooms.
Each home has a contemporary feel to its interior for a country & coastal setting. With over 720 square feet of floor space the interior features high quality fixtures and fittings, such as Canexel weatherboard cladding, soffits, fascias and superb charcoal grey UPVC windows and doors. Inside, ceilings are vaulted throughout. Options available in all homes include 60cm Range Cookers, American style Fridge Freezers and opaque glazed internal door from the Lounge to the Hallway.
Whilst all plots create a diverse choice dependant on taste, each home shares common ground which is evident in all aspects of design, materials and build quality. Each home has a 10 year Gold Seal guarantee. There is a choice of five pastel exterior colours, depending on the location of your plot.
